Agreeing to these terms

This website belongs to United Auto Works LLC, an auto body, paint, and detail shop at 4712 Englewood Ave in Lubbock, Texas.

By using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What we do

We repair collision damage, apply paint protection film and ceramic coating, and repair and replace auto glass.

This website tells you what we do and how to reach us. It does not sell anything and does not take payments.

Using this website

Use the site for its purpose: learning about our work and getting in touch.

Do not try to break it, copy it wholesale, scrape it, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for.

Estimates and repairs

Our inspection and the written damage report are free.

An estimate covers the damage we can see. Once a vehicle is opened up, more damage can show up. When that happens we tell you first, and on an insurance job we send the extra damage to your insurance company.

No work starts until you approve it.

If your repair goes through insurance, your insurance company decides what it pays for. That decision is theirs, not ours.

Nothing on this website is a quote or a contract. The written estimate you sign at the shop is.

Appointments

You do not need an appointment. You can walk in during shop hours and we will look at your vehicle.

If you would rather come at a set time, you can call or text us. We do not take bookings on this website today. If we add online booking, it will cover all four of our services.

A time you pick is a request until we confirm it. If we cannot take your vehicle at that time, we tell you and we find another one.

United Care Club

Everyone who books collision repair, paint protection film, ceramic coating, or auto glass with us joins the United Care Club. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay.

The rules are on the United Care Club page. In short: 10% back on your next service, one time, capped at $500 and good for 60 days; it applies to what you pay yourself, not to what insurance covers. Referral cash is capped at $500 per customer you send us and is paid after their job is done. The free door ding repair is one use per customer, within 6 months of your service.

We can change or end the program. If we do, we honor what you already earned.

Text messages

If you opt in, we text you about your vehicle: appointment reminders, inspection updates, and when your vehicle is ready.

Reply STOP to stop. You get one confirmation message and no more after that. Reply HELP for help, or call (806) 808-0990.

Message and data rates may apply. You need to be 18 or older.

Our content

The text, photos, logo, and design on this site belong to United Auto Works LLC. You can view and print pages for your own use. You cannot copy, change, or republish them without our written permission.

What you send us

When you send us photos of your vehicle, a review, or anything else, you keep it. You also give us permission to use it to do the work and to show our work, unless you tell us not to.

Do not send us anything that is not yours to send.

Other websites

We link to other websites, like Google Maps and our social profiles. We do not control them and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty on this website

This website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it is free of errors or never goes down.

This section is about the website. It is not about the work we do on your vehicle, which we discuss with you in writing at the shop.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, United Auto Works LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not let us limit.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

If we ever disagree, call us first. Most things get solved in one phone call.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when what we do changes. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date at the top.
