• The date and time you picked, when you book an appointment.
• A record of when and how you agreed to be contacted, including by text.

• Which pages you opened and how you got here.
• Information stored by cookies and similar technologies.

We do not take payments on this website. We do not collect card or bank details through it.

What we use it for

We use your information to:

• Answer you and schedule the inspection or the work.
• Write the damage report and the estimate.
• Talk to your insurance company about your claim, when there is one.
• Keep a record of the work we did on your vehicle.
• Send you updates about your vehicle while it is with us.
• Send you promotional messages, only if you asked for them.
• Keep the website working and fix problems.
• Meet our legal and compliance obligations.

Text messages

You only get text messages from us if you asked for them, or if you texted us first. We keep a record of when you agreed and how.

Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting you. You get one confirmation message, and that is the last one.

How often we text depends on your repair. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You need to be 18 or older to sign up.

We do not sell or share your phone number or your text message consent with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the messaging providers that deliver our messages to you.

When we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

We share it only with:

• Your insurance company, when your repair goes through a claim.
• Companies that help us run the shop: our customer management system, our messaging provider, and parts and service suppliers. They are only allowed to use your information to do that work for us.
• Anyone we are required by law to share it with, or when we need to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
• A buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold or reorganized. This policy still applies to your information after that.

Your text message consent is never included in any of this, except with the providers that deliver the messages.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. That includes encrypting sensitive information in transit, controlling who can open our systems, and keeping those systems up to date.

No website or system is completely secure. We protect your information with commercially reasonable measures, and we tell you if something goes wrong.

Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some come from the services we embed in our pages:

• Our contact form, which runs on our customer management system. The same system will host our booking calendar when we turn it on.
• The Google map embedded on some of our pages.
